Q: What is the dress code for the gathering?

A: The dress code is as follows:
Friday - Come as you are.
Saturday - Family T-Shirts with your choice of bottoms (denim recommended)



About Registration (Form Submissions and Payments)



Q: What are the steps to completing a full registration?

A: Follow these steps:
Step 1 - Go to the 'Registration' tab on the website.
Step 2 - Click the 'Register Here' button to access the registration form.
Step 3 - Fill out all required information on the form.
Step 4 - If you're not using Zelle or CashApp for payment, skip to Step 8.
Step 5 - Note the total payment required at the bottom of the form. Then select Zelle or CashApp
Step 6 - Scan the QR Code displayed and use your mobile app to complete your payment.
Step 7 - Once payment is complete, return to the form and check the box confirming you've paid.
Step 8 - Click the Submit button at the bottom.
If you used Zelle or CashApp to pay, your registration is complete after Step 8.
Step 9 - This step is only for those paying with Cash or Money Order. Contact a committee member to arrange how you'll want to pay. Committee member information is found in the 'Contacts' tab of this website. It is recommended that a committee member is contacted soon after form submission - either the same day or the very next day.



Q: Does submitting a completed form mean that the payment has been made?

A: No. The form itself doesn't accept the payment. The purpose for completing the form is to help us to gather information regarding who all is registering.



Q: How will payment be received if not through the form submission?

A: Through Zelle or CashApp. Complete the payment process through one of those apps. QR Codes and total amount needed are provided on the form.



Q: What if I do not have a Zelle or a CashApp?

A: There is a method of payment option on the form that says 'Cash or Money Order'. Choose that option and then submit the form. Afterwards, contact a committee member from the 'Contacts' tab of this site to arrange how the money order will be made. It is recommended that someone is contacted either the same day or the day after the form is submitted.



Q: After I submitted the form and made my payment, the receipt that was emailed stated that my payment is due and that I paid $0. Why is that?

A: You don't have to worry about that. If you've made your payment through Zelle, CashApp, or Money Order, we'll know. Using the form's built-in payment methods would require additional costs, and we are only concerned with just registration costs and nothing more. The purpose for submitting the form is so that we can receive information regarding the guests you are wanting to register.



Q: I forgot to pay using Zelle or CashApp, and I accidentally confirmed on the form that I paid when submitting. Do I have to fill out the form all over again?

A: Not at all. Because you submitted, the receipt has been emailed with all of the information and the money owed. Just go on the 'Registration' tab of the site and click 'Register Here' again. Then tap your method of payment to reveal the QR Code and make your payment with your app of choice. No filling out or resubmitting of the form is necessary.



Q: What do I do if I make my payment through Zelle or CashApp but I forget to submit the form after paying?

A: Go back to 'Registration' and access the form again. Fill in all the information as you did before (including all guests, shirt sizes, and method of payment), confirm that you've paid, and click Submit. No extra money will be taken after you submit, and you will not need to pay again.



Q: If registration becomes too confusing, is it possible for someone to walk me through it as I complete it?

A: Of course! Committee member information can be found in the 'Contacts' tab of this website. Feel free to contact any one of us, and we'd be happy to help.
